Exercise of warrants

The Company announces that it has issued 1,500,000 new ordinary shares as a
result of the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 1p per share.
Application has been made for the new Resmex shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and this is expected to occur on 9 December 2005.
