                        Update on proposed acquisition                         

There has been a delay in completing the acquisition of Sim4Travel Limited and
this may require some amendments to the terms previously announced.  The Directors will
inform shareholders of any amendments to the acquisition and will in any event
report further to shareholders by mid-February 2006.
