Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP) the coal developer of a lignite mineral property in the south-eastern part of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces that it has posted to shareholders today its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2011, together with the notice of its Annual General Meeting to take place on Tuesday, 29 May 2012 at 2:30 pm at St. Stephen's Club, 34 Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1H 9AB.
