THE FOLLOWING REPLACES THE NET ASSET VALUE ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED at 16.45PM on
17 MARCH 2008 UNDER RNS NO. 2938Q. THE PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT STATED THAT THE NET
ASSET VALUE OF THE ORDINARY SHARES WAS 94.3 PENCE PER SHARE WHEN THE CORRECT
FIGURE WAS 94.6 PENCE AND THAT THE NET ASSET VALUE OF THE C ORDINARY SHAREWS WAS
88.2 PENCE PER SHARE WHEN THE CORRECT FIGURE WAS 88.6 PENCE

The Board of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc announce that the
unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 29 February 2008 was 94.6
pence per share and the unaudited net asset value of the C Ordinary Shares at 29
February 2008 was 88.6 pence per share.
