                        Notice of Annual General Meeting
                            and Posting of Accounts

The Company posted its report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007
to its shareholders on Friday 29 February 2008. Included in these report and
accounts is a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company
to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 31 March 2008 at the Company's offices at Churston
House, Portsmouth Road, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9AD.
