Minmet Plc announces that the Company received notification on 19 June 2008 that
on 18 June 2008 Kevin Anderson acquired 2,100,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01
each in the Company which brings his total holding in the Company to 14,850,000
ordinary shares, representing 16.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
