Lionheart PLC announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today all
resolutions were passed.

The Chairman, Peter Pollock reported:

"Over the last twelve months, your board together with the company's advisers,
have examined a series of potential transactions, one of which was pursued to an
advanced stage. However this transaction was not considered suitable as the
pricing expectations of the vendors were, in your board's view, high in the
light of prevailing economic and financial market conditions.

In the event that no transaction is brought to a successful conclusion in the
next twelve months, the board will examine proposals to return cash to
shareholders."
