On 10 September 2010, the Company announced a proposed disposal of Betshop Group 
(Europe) Limited. 
 
The Company announces that the General Meeting held today was adjourned for two 
weeks to allow the Share Purchase Agreement to be concluded. 
 
The General Meeting has been adjourned until Tuesday 12 October at 10am and will 
be held at the offices of finnCap Limited, 4 Coleman Street, London EC2R 5TA.
