Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
Limited for 107 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be
admitted to the Official List.  It is expected that
permission to admit the new shares will be granted on
Wednesday, 17 February 1999 and that dealings will commence
thereafter.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of
share options under the Lex Sharesave Scheme and will rank
pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
