        Further re Restrucuture Proposal announced on 10th November 2006

             JPMorgan Fleming Income & Growth Investment Trust plc


FINAL INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of JPMorgan Fleming Income & Growth Investment Trust plc confirms that
the Final Interim Dividend will be 5.8p per Income Share.

As previously announced on 10th November 2006, the undistributed revenue profits
earned by the Company in respect of the period up to and including 6th December
2006 (including accumulated revenue reserves) will be paid as a Final Interim
Dividend on 18th December 2006 to Income Shareholders on the Register at 5.00
p.m. on 8th December 2006.  The undistributed revenue profits earned by the
Company in respect of the period up to and including 6th December 2006 (which
forms the Final Interim Dividend) include dividends in respect of securities
held by the Company which have been declared ex., but where the actual cash
amount of the dividend will not be received prior to 18th December 2008. It was
previously announced that the Final Interim Dividend was estimated to be at
least 5.5p per Income Share.
