ITIS Holdings plc Board Appointment

ITIS Holdings Plc ("ITIS" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Dr Gary
Gates, International Business Director, has been promoted to the ITIS Holdings
plc board with immediate effect.  Gary, 38, joined the Company in January 2001
as Product Development Manager and was appointed to his current role in 2004.
Gary has successfully overseen ITIS' expansion into new markets in Australia,
Belgium, Czech Republic, Ireland, Spain and the United States.  Building upon
the strengths of the UK business model, the Company has been encouraged by the
success achieved internationally and believes that there is significant growth
potential, which will lead to these new markets having a higher profile within
the Company.

Sir Trevor Chinn, Chairman, ITIS, commented 'I have been very pleased with the
way Gary and his team have developed and opened up new markets.  The Board join
me in congratulating Gary on his appointment which clearly demonstrates our
commitment to the expansion of our international business.'

Dr Gates has no shares in the Company.
