Resignation of Independent
Non-Executive Director
The Company announces the
resignation of Dr Christine Theodorovics, Independent Non-executive
Director, with effect from 29 February 2024.
Dr Theodorovics was appointed Chief
Executive Officer of Baloise Luxembourg last year and has taken the
decision to step down from the Board to focus on this
commitment.
Philip Kay, Non-executive Chair
commented "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Christine
for her contribution as Independent Non-executive Director and a
member of all our Board Committees. We have appreciated Christine's
candour and advice over the past year, and we wish her all the very
best in her career at Baloise".
The Board's search for a new
Independent Non-executive Director has commenced.

from 30 June 2013.
· The Group's objective is to grow by
attracting new business and positioning itself to adapt rapidly to
market trends and conditions. The scalability and flexibility of
the Group's operations allow it to enter or develop new geographic
markets and exploit growth opportunities within existing markets
without the need for significant further investment.
