Property Disposal

Hurlingham Plc is pleased to announce that it has exchanged contracts for the
sale of its long leasehold interest in no 8, Wilton Court, Richmond, for a cash
consideration of #219,000 (Two hundred and nineteen thousand pounds).

The residential property, which was bought in May 1998 for #114,752, had a book
value of #170,000 and yielded a gross rental income of #10,200pa.  The net sale
proceeds will be used to reduce the group's indebtedness.

Completion is expected to occur on 9 August 2002.
