In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Norman Hay plc notifies the

Norman Hay plc's capital consists of 14,815,318 ordinary shares with a nominal 
value of 10 pence each, with voting rights. Norman Hay plc does not hold any 
ordinary Shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Norman Hay plc is 14,815,318.
