                                rising pro-rata to 100% of this part of 
                                the Awards vesting for upper quartile TSR; 
                                and 
                                iii) ESG targets, carrying a 15% weighting. 
 
                                As the Board continues to work through the 
                                integration of a number of recent acquisitions, 
                                and noting the current volatile environment, 
                                the EPS and ESG performance targets will 
                                be set and disclosed via RNS as soon as 
                                practicable but not later than 30 September
