BiON (AIM: BION), an environmental engineering, wastewater treatment and renewable energy solutions company, announces that an Executive Director, Habizan Rahman Bin Habeeb Rahman, and a Non-Executive Director, Mohd Sofiyuddin Ahmad Tabrani, have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Company is mindful of conserving costs and is also considering various refinancing proposals with a view to a possible restoration of trading. The Company will update the market in due course.
