CHANGE OF NAME

The directors of Gi Group Poland S.A. (the "Company") hereby announce that the Company has resolved to change the registered name of the Company from Work Service S.A. to Gi Group Poland S.A. The change of name became effective on November 15, 2021, following a decision issued by the Polish National Court Register.

The TIDM symbol for Company's shares has changed to GIG with effect from 8:00 am today, February 17, 2022. The ISIN code remains unchanged.
