    One of the portfolio companies is in discussions with its funders and the Directors have prudently taken a full provision against the
valuation of the investment, pending the outcome of those discussions. The effect of this provision is to reduce net asset value per share
by 4.01p. The last reported net asset value per share was 49.43p at 31 August 2008.
