  of Esure Group (UK, constituent) by Blue (BC) Bidco (non-constituent), please see details 
  of affected indexes and effective dates below: 
 
 
  Esure Group (UK, B8KJH56) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index. 
   Restaurant Group (UK, B0YG1K0) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index. 
   All changes effective from 19 December 2018.
