Eleksen Group plc, which makes smart fabrics that can be used to control electronic 
devices such as smartphones and MP3 players, today announces the issue of  the 
following options, to Directors of the Company, to subscribe for ordinary shares 
of 5p each in the Company at 40p per share. The options are exercisable in three 
equal tranches annually from 27 December, 2007.
