NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS


On 20 June 2007 the Company Share Incentive Plan initiated a purchase order to
buy shares to invest the regular monthly money saved against the scheme. On 27
June 2007 the final amount of shares were purchased in the market. In total the
SIP purchased 491,218 shares at an average price of 10.3701p per share.


Included in the purchases mentioned above are potential direct interests for
Dominic Jacquesson (62,072 shares), Julian Turner (51,631 shares) and Chris
Kington (62,907 shares). The scheme is managed internally by the Company and as
such, details of this purchase are announced for information purposes because of
the potential interest of Directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of shares
under the Rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
