Confirmation of shares in issue - Rule 2.10 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), the Company confirms that as at 2.30 p.m. on 5 June 2015 it had 114,183,954 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under the International Securities Identification Number GB0002748050. No shares are held in Treasury.
