PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of
shares in respect of (i) the second tranche of the deferred share
bonus award made with respect to a 2021 annual bonus, and (ii) the
first tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect
to a 2022 annual bonus. The awards were made to Elaine Whelan, a
person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). At
vesting, Elaine Whelan acquired a total of 48,419 common shares.
Elaine's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands
at 281,685 common shares.

below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which forms part of UK domestic law
