Result of General
Meeting
CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a world
leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy
management systems, announces that all
resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting
held earlier today were duly passed.
Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,084,183,230 new Ordinary
Shares ("New Ordinary
Shares"), issued in relation to the Placing, the
Subscription and the Retail Offer, to be admitted to trading on AIM
("Admission"). It is
expected that Admission will become effective, and dealings in the
New Ordinary Shares will commence, at 8:00 a.m. BST on 25 April
2024. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and
voting rights in the Company will be 2,908,226,437.
CAP-XX is also pleased to announce
that Keith Siu joined the Company as Senior Financial Controller on
2 April 2024. Keith holds a Master in Professional Accounting and
Finance from the University of Southern Queensland and brings
international experience from working at Philips in Singapore and
Melbourne, as well as more recently at C-COR Broadband.
In addition, CAP-XX has appointed
Joanna Morbey as Company Secretary. Joanna will bring professional
experience of over 20 years and has held the position of Company
Secretary for a number of listed businesses in Australia which
includes ioneer Ltd, Argonaut Resources NL and Tamboran Resources
Ltd.
