Headline: Suspension of listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange 
 
The Board refers to the circular published by the Company on 23 February 2012, 
in connection with the recommended proposals for the reconstruction and 
voluntary winding-up of the Company and the cancellation of admission to 
trading of the Company's shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange 
which shareholders may vote on at today's General Meeting to be held at 12.30 
p.m. 
 
In view of the proposed vote, the Company announces that the premium listing on 
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the ordinary shares of 2 pence 
with D Rights and the ordinary shares of 2 pence with Continuation Rights, each 
issued by the Company (ISIN numbers GB00B73JXW59 and GB00B7N25F18 
respectively), were suspended from 7:30 a.m. today. A further announcement will 
be made by the Company following the General Meeting later today.
