The Company announces that it has received notification of the following
Director's dealing made on 3 January 2006:

Mark Mills, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 130,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each ("Ordinary Shares") at 77p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of
Mr Mills following the purchase is 1,941,170 Ordinary Shares representing 1.85%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
