First Interim Dividend
In line with the board's policy to
even dividend payments over the year the board declares a first
interim dividend of 5.9p per share and anticipates a similar level
for the second and third interim dividends and an unchanged final
of 6.05p per share. This interim dividend is payable on 25 July
2024 to holders on the register at the close of business on 14 June
2024. The relevant ex-dividend date is 13 June 2024.
A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is
available for this dividend and the relevant Election Date is 28
June 2024.
The option is available for CREST
holders to elect to be paid their dividend via CREST. Shareholders
will need to elect in CREST by close of business on the record date
for the declared dividend.
