Transaction in own shares

Beazley plc ('Beazley' or the 'Company') announces that on 8 July 2024 it purchased for cancellation through Deutsche Numis ('Numis') the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each, pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 8 March 2024.

Highest price paid per share: 680.00p

Lowest price paid per share: 667.50p

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 676.1248p

Since the announcement of the share repurchase programme on 8 March 2024, Beazley has purchased 22,242,847 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation. 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Numis as part of the share repurchase programme.
