                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 17 November 2010 following the sale by 
Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited of 600,000 Shares at a price of EUR1.47 per 
Share to Prometheus Macro Capital Limited: 
-    Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited has a beneficial interest in 1,470,766 
common shares with no par value representing 22.7% of the Company's issued share 
capital; 
      and 
-    Prometheus Macro Capital Limited has a beneficial interest in 764,248 
common shares with no par value representing 11.8% of the Company's issued share 
capital. 
The purchases were effected by way of an instrument of transfer entered into 
between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited and Prometheus Macro Capital Limited 
on 17 November 2010.
