                       Agua Terra Limited (the "Company") 
                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 12 October 2010 Aqua Sol Capital Holdings 
has a beneficial interest in 2,506,575 common shares with no par value 
("Shares") representing 38.7% of the Company's issued share capital following 
the sale by Biscayne Emerging Capital Limited of 485,602 Shares at a price of 
EUR1.51 per Share to Aqua Sol Capital Holdings.  The purchases were affected by 
way of an instrument of transfer entered into between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings 
and Biscayne Emerging Capital Limited on 12 October 2010.
