                            Change to Board Position

The Company announced today that with immediate effect David Chisnall the Deputy
Chairman has become the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Asfare Group plc.
David has at the same time signed a consultancy agreement to ensure that his
wealth of industry knowledge and expertise will continue to be available to the
Company. This follows the announcement of the appointment of Tony O'Neill as
Chief Executive made on the 24th August 2005 and a thorough transition period.



David also joins the Remuneration Committee as Chairman and the Audit Committee.
