    AIM Realisation Fund Limited (the "Company")

    The Company announces that it has today purchased in the market 290,000 Redeemable Preference Shares of 0.01p each at 15 pence per share
for cancellation.

    Following the purchase the Company's capital consists of 9,193,965 Ordinary Shares and 3,516,800 Redeemable Preference Shares. The
voting rights on both classes of shares are identical with the exception that the Redeemable Preference Shares are unable to vote on any
dividend resolutions.

    The above figures may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
