Schiphol Grp successfully re-opened 2014 Eurobond

    Schiphol, 8 December 2008 

    Schiphol Group, that operates the 5th largest European airport by passenger numbers, announced today that it has successfully re-opened
its 2014 Eurobond. With this transaction Schiphol Group will raise an amount of EUR 100 million, in addition to the amount of EUR 700
million that was raised on 12 November 2008. The bonds will be issued by Schiphol Nederland B.V. under its existing Euro Medium Term Note
(EMTN) programme. The Bonds have been priced at an issue price of 101.777 per cent and will carry a coupon of 6.625 per cent. The effective
yield of the Bonds is 6.21% and is lower compared to the 6.72% yield of the issue in November.
         
    ING Wholesale Banking, J.P. Morgan and RBS acted as joint lead managers for this issue. The bonds will be listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
