On 4 February 2014 the Issuer issued GBP50,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds on the basis of an offering circular dated 31 January 2014 (the "Offering Circular").

The Issuer has now repurchased the total nominal amount of GBP50,000,000 of its Bonds. The Issuer has authorised cancellation of the Bonds repurchased.
