GBP100,000,000 3.250 per cent. Tap of the Secured Bonds due 2043

Longhurst Group has today executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of an additional GBP100 million in notional amount of the 3.250 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2043 (the "New Bonds"). It is expected that the proceeds from the New Bonds will be received on three separate dates: 04 April 2022, 30 August 2022 and 03 April 2023. The new outstanding amount of the bond is GBP350 million.
