Request for temporary suspension pending publication of Annual Report and Accounts

London, 18 July 2022 - Further to the Company's announcement on 14 July 2022 regarding the delay in publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Company announces that it has requested that the listing of the Company's index-linked, guaranteed, secured bonds be temporarily suspended. The temporary suspension took effect from 7.30 a.m. on 18 July 2022.

The Company intends to request a restoration of the listing of its bonds on publication of the Annual Report and Accounts.

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
