Heathrow re-enters the GBP Class B market with a GBP350 million 7 year bond

Heathrow has successfully placed a GBP350 million Class B bond maturing in 2028 with a fixed coupon of 2.625%. The bond was overwhelmingly supported by a diverse range of investors driving an order book in excess of GBP1.1 billion, more than three times oversubscribed. This highly successful issuance demonstrates investors' confidence in the strength and resilience of the airport and its anticipated recovery from the global COVID-19 pandemic.
