American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of iMergent, Inc. NEW
YORK, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of iMergent, Inc. under the
ticker symbol IIG. iMergent, Inc. provides eCommerce solutions to
entrepreneurs and small businesses to market and sell their
business product or idea via the Internet. Headquartered in Orem,
Utah, the company sells its proprietary StoresOnline software and
training services. In addition to software, iMergent offers site
