Item 9. Change of Name

On December 8, 2023, the Board of Directors of Emo Captial, Corp. (hereafter referred to as the "Company") formally approved a resolution for a name change to Aroom, Inc. Subsequently, the Nevada Secretary of State finalized the requested name change on February 29, 2024. Currently, the Company is in the process of submitting filings to FINRA to obtain approval for the Company's name change concerning the company's securities. Henceforth, any mention of the Company's previous name in contracts, agreements, or legal documents should be understood as references to Aroom, Inc.
