JPX Global, Inc. Announces Government Ecology Permission

JPX Global, Inc. (OTC: JPEX) (the "Company"), announced today through its exclusive license with Tratamientos Ambientales Scorpion S.A. de C.V., ("TAS") a Mexican corporation, has received ecology permission from the Municipality of Rosarito, Mexico for the construction of a waste processing plant based on thermal oxidation for the purpose of processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste on plots No. 45 and 46 Ejido Plan Libertador, Km 35+000 Boulevard 2000 Ros-Tij, of this Municipality of Playas de Rosarito, B.C., Mexico.

Chief Executive Officer Jim Foran stated, “This ecology permission is necessary for our company to comply with local and federal environmental rules and regulations. It is our goal to build an environmentally-friendly business for processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste.”
