Healthy Coffee International (OTC:
HCEI) ("HCEI" or "the Company") CEO Rick Aguiluz announces a
landmark agreement between the Company and famed media mogul Darryl
Payne.
A Letter of Intent, signed by the Company and Mr. Payne, would
result in Darryl taking an Advisory Seat on the Board of HCEI, in
exchange for 40,000 shares of Preferred A Stock at $2.50 USD per
share.
Darryl Payne is an American record producer and songwriter who
has amassed a media empire which includes over 30,000 titles. From
iconic stars such as The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Whispers,
Sinnamon and Sharon Reed to an enormous catalogue of movies, TV
shows and live concerts, Darryl's decades-spanning career reads
like a who's who of not only the music industry but both the small
and silver screens as well.
After creating the acclaimed Legends of Soul series, Darryl
fostered partnerships with cable and radio giants around the world
such as Sony, BMG, EMI and Virgin Records.
