On June 1 6 , 201 6 , Embassy Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company of Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley, issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $ 0. 1 3 per share, payable on October 3 , 201 6 , to shareholders of record on September 1 , 201 6 .
