NASHVILLE, TN , along with its partner LJ&J of Tennessee, season began at the Music City Motorplex already with a half-dozen successful race weekends and is poised for a great year. The track, only a few minutes from downtown Nashville, will also hold additional events and activities this season. There is also a new tenant that will bring in both extra excitement and extra track rental income.

The Company now has the "Music City Stockcar Experience" racing program available to anyone who would like to get an idea of what it's like to ride shotgun at speed around a high-banked Speedway. For a half century this track has been the exclusive playground to professional racing drivers only. Now the general public can get "hot-laps" around the track by current and former drivers, who have all raced and won at the "Plex." Later this year, the program will also include instructional provisions allowing the public to be able to drive the racecars on the track themselves.

In addition, debuting on June 13th, the "Bandits of the South" will begin their summer tour at the Motorplex. The concert features Country Music legends: Joe Diffie, Aaron Tippin and Sammy Kershaw. This will be the first time the Speedway will host a concert and the Company is looking forward to the increased gate and concession proceeds. With the Company's anticipation that the concert will be a success, the Speedway will look to host similar events in the future.

Bob Koveleski, the President of American Racing Capital, said, "This year we are celebrating our 50th Anniversary as a NASCAR sanctioned track and with the all the race weekends going on through November, the stockcar racing experience/school, and the Country Music concert, this will be the facility's most aggressive year yet. The Motorplex has become an asset to the Nashville community, and has opened the door to discussions on other opportunities for us and events in Nashville that will increase shareholder value."
