Anterra Energy Commences Trading on OTCQX

Anterra Energy Inc. (the "Company" or "Anterra") (OTCQX:ATERF) (TSX
VENTURE:AE.A) announces that its Class A common shares have commenced trading on
OTCQX International under the symbol "ATERF".  Anterra shares remain listed and
continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under the symbol "AE.A".

US investors who can now more easily trade our stock," stated Dr. Gang Fang,
