TORONTO, Aug. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Horizons ETFs Management
(Canada) Inc. ("Horizons
ETFs"), the manager and trustee of the Horizons S&P/TSX
60TM Index ETF (the "ETF" or "HXT"),
listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the
symbols HXT and HXT.U, has announced today that it intends to
consolidate the units of the ETF as indicated in the table
below.
Unit Consolidation
After the close of trading on Friday,
September 6, 2013 on the TSX, the units of HXT will be
consolidated on the basis of the ratio (the "Consolidation
Ratio") set out below, and will begin trading on a post
consolidated basis on Monday, September 9,
2013, the effective date of the consolidation:

the appeal of HXT for institutional and high net worth
