Dear Sirs,

 

I am writing to you in my capacity as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina”), to inform you that today Telecom Argentina’s Board of Directors decided to make irrevocable contributions in cash to its controlled company Micro Sistemas S.A.U. (which has accepted them), on account of the future subscription of shares of said company for a total amount of Seven Hundred Twelve million Argentine pesos (P$ 712,000,000), to be paid: i) P$ 300,000,000, on March 22^nd 2022 and ii) P$ 412,000,000, on June 1^st 2022.
