KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company” or “KREF”)
(NYSE: KREF) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a
dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock with respect to the
second quarter of 2024. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024 to
KREF’s common stockholders of record as of June 28, 2024.
