ETH Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH) Common units of fractional undivided beneficial interest

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ("Ethan Allen" or “Company”) (NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on April 22, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2021.

As previously announced on January 13, 2021, the Company will release its fiscal 2021 second quarter financial results on January 28, 2021. The Company mentioned in the announcement that its retail segment written orders increased 44.9% and earnings per share increased about 150% during its second quarter.
