NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BANCO SANTANDER (BRASIL) S.A. (“Santander Brasil” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has decided to exercise the option to fully repurchase (“Repurchase”) the debt instrument issued in 2018, which currently forms part of the Tier I Capital of the Company’s Reference Equity (“Tier I Capital”), as per the issuance notice disclosed to the market on November 5, 2018 (“Notes”). In replacement of such loan instrument, Financial Bills were issued, authorized to form part of the Tier I Capital, pursuant to BCB Resolution No. 122, of August 2, 2021, as per the notice disclosed to the market on September 5, 2024. The actual implementation of the Repurchase is subject to prior approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.
