BLG Building Materials##

German engineering firm Schaeffler AG Thursday said it has completed its EUR8 billion refinancing arrangement, agreed upon in January 2012, with the expansion of its consortium of eight banks to eleven.

-Barclays PLC (BCS), Bayerische Landesbank, and Citibank (C) have joined the banking group which includes BNP Paribas S.A. (BNP.FR), Commerzbank AG (CBK.XE), Deutsche Bank AG (DB), HSBC Holdings PLC (HBC), JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), LBBW, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (RBS.LN), and UniCredit S.p.A. (UCG.MI).
